This particular lot comes from 19 producers who cultivate coffee in the community of Collasuyo. During the harvest, cherries are carefully harvested, sorted and floated to remove damaged and less dense beans before depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee using micro-mills located on each farm.
This coffee arrived May of 2026. It’s SCA cupping score is 85.33. The arrival cupping notes are: Bright, fresh wood, grapefruit, kiwi, melon, pine, round and earthy with subtle elegance, malic acid, lime curd, faintly tropical balance, toffee, & walnuts.
